Polyurethane screens are gradually replacing traditional stainless steel and manganese steel meshes for vibrating screens, rotary screens and other grading machines. Featuring strong toughness, impact resistance, wear and corrosion resistance, polyurethane lasts 2 to 3 times longer than metal meshes under working conditions of wet ore pulp and hard sandstone. Its lighter weight reduces load on screen bodies and motor power consumption. Field tests from multiple mining enterprises show much fewer screen replacements and nearly 30% lower costs for spare parts and downtime maintenance, making it standard replacement consumables for aggregate and mineral processing plants.
